Community Services Manager

This position will plan, manage, and assist program managers and support staff to assure maximum social and vocational development of clients in compliance with standards of accreditation and best practice guidelines set forth by Easterseals Middle Georgia. Asisstance with administration activities and organization to achieve a coordinated array of program services and other tasks will also be included as directed by the President/CEO.

Basic Responsibilities:

Property Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations

Tenant relations

Coordination of building maintenance

Budgeting and financial management

Leasing and marketing

Resident Services:

Develop and implement resident programs

Supervise and train staff

Family communication

Community engagement

Compliance and Administration:

Enforce rules and regulations

Maintain records

Handle emergencies

Supervise staff

Coordinate with other departments

Additional Responsibilities:

Develop and implement property improvement plans

Provide advocacy and support

Implement and monitor programs 

Qualifications:

Bechelor's Degree in Social Work or other human services field,

Must have an inherrent ability to work with people with compassion and empathy.
