Program Supervisor- Soperton

This position will plan, organize, and direct all phases of a Program in our Soperton, GA Easterseals location. They will have to develop and implement a multi-phase and multi-faceted plan to enhance the client's maximum potential in personal and vocational development. This position answers to the Operations Manager and CEO.

Basic Responsibilities:

Evaluate disabled individuals' skills, interests, and challenges to identify appropriate job goals and training needs. 
Provide on-the-job training, coaching on work ethics, and guidance on workplace behaviors. 
Work with managers and supervisors to understand individual needs and ensure appropriate accommodations or supports are in place. 
Track client progress, provide feedback, and adjust support as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Drafting experience or the ability to read or learn to read blueprints is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree from accredited college or university preferred.
